Collaborative environment open to feedback **About the opportunity:** As an Accounting Specialist I at **BHub**, you are expected to ensure that accounting reconciliations are accurate, analyze them, and prepare monthly and annual financial statements. The specialist is responsible for preparing pending items reports, performing calculations, and developing additional controls. This role is performed with greater autonomy and mastery of accounting knowledge. When unfamiliar with a topic, the individual proactively seeks information and serves as a technical reference within the team. **Main responsibilities:** * Prepare financial accounting statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet) in accordance with technical accounting standards (CPC/IFRS); * Prepare monthly pending items reports and annual ancillary obligations ECD and ECF; * Implement new accounting systems; * Provide customer service (email, meetings, others); * Work with companies under the Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit tax regimes; * Prepare IRPJ/CSLL calculation under the Real Profit regime. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of accounting, tax implications in accounting, and basic financial knowledge (accounts payable and accounts receivable); * Knowledge of ancillary obligations ECD and ECF; * Solid technical knowledge of Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit calculation regimes; * Experience in accounting firms; * Experience with Domínio software; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate to advanced Excel); * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences; * Availability to work in a hybrid model (approximately 3 days per week onsite at our **Fortaleza/CE** unit). ________________________________________________________________________________ **Some of our benefits:** * Meal/food allowance (Flash Card); * Remote work allowance (Flash Card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Transportation voucher (2% discount); * Childcare allowance; * Extended parental leave (for mothers and fathers); * Birthday day off; * TotalPass; * Full Sesc membership; * Zenklub. **Want to learn more about Bhub?** We are an operational processing company that combines **technology and specialists** to handle the accounting, financial, and administrative functions of businesses.
