Flex Atacarejo is part of Grupo UNI-X, a growing company guided by the values of caring, serving, collaborating, and innovating. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct **dual verification during receipt of high-value merchandise**, large-volume shipments, and inter-unit transfers—ensuring compliance with internal procedures, accurate quantities, and correct recording of entries and exits. * Inspect **truck seals** for company vehicles during internal transfers, in accordance with established standards. * Audit the **completion of unit receipt checklists**, ensuring adherence to company standards. * Receive, verify, and file **documentation for third-party contractors, service providers, and sales promoters**, managing and maintaining an up-to-date access authorization spreadsheet for units. * Prepare, review, and submit **incident reports, emergency reports, access control reports, system reports, and process reports**. * Conduct **internal store patrols**, focusing on theft prevention and control. * Perform **locker inspections** and manage personnel entry and exit, as required by operational needs. * Monitor **emergency systems** and support preventive actions. * Collaborate with **third-party security companies** and the CCTV monitoring team, providing on-site support while ensuring **confidentiality of information and images**. * Monitor merchandise at all **entry and exit points** (loading docks, checkout areas, inter-departmental and inter-unit transfers), identifying and reporting vulnerabilities and losses. * Assess and propose **daily loss prevention actions**, contributing to reduced deviations across units. * **Assist customers whenever necessary**, following the company’s defined service standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Experience in **property security, loss prevention, inspection, or access control**, preferably in retail. * Knowledge of **merchandise receipt, volume verification, seal inspection, invoices, and transfers**. * Basic **computer skills** (spreadsheets, email, and internal systems). * Prior experience or familiarity with **CCTV, monitoring, and access control** is a plus. * Courses in **Property Security or Loss Prevention** will be considered advantageous. * Profile characterized by **ethical, professional, and disciplined conduct**, attention to detail, **information confidentiality**, and ability to act with **neutrality and impartiality**. **Additional Information** Meal allowance with discount; Attendance Bonus; Transportation Voucher; Optional Medical and Dental Plans.
