




Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, dispatching, and controlling materials—including aerospace items and tools—ensuring compliance and traceability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Physical and documentary inspection of aerospace materials 2. Inventory organization and control, including stocktaking 3. Handling of cargo handling equipment Job Duties: **Material Receiving:** * Perform physical and documentary inspection of materials (aerospace parts, tools, supplies), comparing against invoices, purchase orders, and conformity certificates (e.g., CoC — Certificate of Conformity, batch data, expiry dates), identifying and reporting any discrepancies. * Verify integrity of packaging and received materials, recording damages or non-conformities. * Record material receipt in the company’s ERP/WMS system, ensuring accurate identification and traceability. * Label and locate materials according to the company’s storage system, directing them to the appropriate location in the warehouse. * Assist in unloading vehicles and internal cargo movement using appropriate equipment (pallet truck, hand trolley, or forklift if certified). **Material Dispatch:** * Pick and verify aerospace materials, tools, and components per work orders, internal requisitions, or customer orders, ensuring accuracy of quantities and specifications. * Package items appropriately, ensuring protection against damage during transit and correct identification. * Issue invoices, cargo manifests, and other required dispatch documents in accordance with legislation and internal procedures. * Organize cargo for transportation, optimizing space and safety, and supervise vehicle loading. * Record material dispatch in the system, updating inventory levels and generating traceability documentation. **Inventory Control and Organization:** * Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of receiving, dispatch, and storage areas. * Actively participate in cycle and annual stocktaking, assisting in counting and inventory accuracy. * Report to immediate supervisor any stockouts, slow-moving items, or damaged goods. * Follow handling and storage procedures for special items (e.g., sensitive, high-value items).
