We provide the most comprehensive undertruck product line, maintain the largest specialized inventory, and operate 7 units across Brazil. We are seeking a **Technical Operations Assistant** to organize and control field services, ensuring prompt quotation issuance, monitoring of external teams, and smooth progression through to invoicing. This position is strategic in connecting **clients, operations, and field teams**, ensuring quality, organization, and timely delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive service requests and analyze OPEs (Production/Execution Orders); * Issue service and parts quotations; * Convert approved quotations into system orders; * Forward orders for material picking; * Monitor return of used parts and materials; * Close orders for invoice issuance; * Monitor and schedule field team visits; * Maintain frequent contact with clients to align deadlines and status updates; * Ensure data accuracy in the system (ERP/CRM). **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with field services or monitoring external teams; * Knowledge of automotive parts or heavy-duty suspension; * Experience in mining environments or servicing large fleets.
