




The Commercial Service Analyst is responsible for providing high-quality support to clients and potential clients, promoting efficient and agile communication through various channels. Their role involves conducting in-person and virtual (video) attendances, as well as through digital channels and phone, also acting in back-office operations for requests requiring further analysis and specialized handling. Additionally, the professional receives, guides, and appropriately routes incoming requests, providing accurate information about products, services, and procedures. It is essential to systematically and up-to-date register all customer feedback—including requests, complaints, compliments, criticisms, and suggestions—into corporate systems. They are also responsible for reviewing documents related to service delivery, ensuring compliance and efficiency in internal processes.
