Our commitment is to ensure fair processes and an inclusive environment where talent and initiative are the true criteria for growth. **Position Title:** Logistics Assistant **Location:** Pouso Alegre, MG — On-site **Reports To:** Logistics Supervisor / Transportation Coordinator As a **Logistics Assistant**, you will be responsible for working in the Logistics area, performing daily e-commerce invoicing, scheduling product picking, updating appropriate spreadsheets for addressing, monitoring volumetric capacity with carriers, as well as carrying out other related and inherent duties. **Responsibilities** * Perform e-commerce invoicing by receiving orders via the appropriate system, importing files into the integrated system to make orders available for finished goods picking. * Monitor merchandise delivery, informing carriers of delivery dates, tracking delivery outcomes, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective and/or preventive actions to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to established deadlines. * Manage waybill control (summary of invoices), verifying invoice volume and values, printing the document, and requesting carrier signature to ensure accountability for deliveries performed by carriers. * Schedule picking, collection, and/or delivery of merchandise to Technical Support, receiving requests and coordinating with carriers for merchandise collection to guarantee collection and/or delivery of products within established deadlines. * Assist in collection requests by contacting carriers via telephone, informing them of collection volume and timing, adjusting according to needs to ensure timely dispatch of merchandise and customer satisfaction. * Manage finished goods addressing by updating the appropriate spreadsheet daily to ensure warehouse organization. * Process invoice cancellations and releases in the system to authorize vehicle dispatch. * Print invoices for orders to be shipped. * Monitor and control physical and system-based inventory levels. * Conduct and monitor rotating and general inventories, proposing corrective actions. * Analyze inventory discrepancies and promote product traceability. * Provide technical support and training to operational teams on system usage. * Generate shipping labels by receiving picking schedules, producing and printing labels via the integrated system, and segregating them alongside the invoice copy to ensure order traceability. * Comply with company-defined health, safety, and environmental rules. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree is a plus. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Logistics knowledge. * Planning and organizational skills.
