With infrastructure designed to support and empower teams, the Company reinforces its commitment to this transformative journey. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, review, and maintain RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath or Power Automate. * Actively participate in process analysis, architecture documentation, and effort estimation. * Conduct code reviews, user acceptance testing (UAT), and support deployment into production environments. * Collaborate with business areas to identify automation opportunities and support demand prioritization. * Ensure compliance with security, governance, and compliance standards defined by the Hyperautomation CoE. * Contribute to the evolution of the internal RPA community by promoting training and knowledge sharing. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related fields * RPA solution development and architecture * Tools: UiPath, Power Automate, or similar * Fundamentals of RPA security and governance * RPA integration with APIs, databases, and SAP ECC and S4 Hana. **Required Experience** * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) * Experience in Hyperautomation projects (RPA; Low-Code) * Experience with Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, or Azure (BigQuery, SageMaker, or similar) **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proven experience developing RPA solutions using market-leading tools. * Knowledge of complementary programming languages (Python, .NET, VBScript, or JavaScript). * Strong analytical capability and business process vision. * Experience with code versioning tools and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience integrating with APIs and consuming REST/SOAP services. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience automating processes in utilities, sanitation, or regulated industries * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to RPA (Generative AI, NLP) * Certifications: UiPath Advanced RPA Developer, Automation Anywhere Master RPA, or Microsoft Power Automate **Additional Information** Health Insurance Private Pension Plan Meal Voucher (VR) and Food Voucher (VA) Transportation Voucher Christmas Basket Birthday Day Off Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave Childcare Assistance for Mothers and Fathers Wellhub Agreement (Gympass) Profit-Sharing Program – PPR The new Sabesp is much more than a sanitation company.
