Description

Job Summary: Responsible for operating and adjusting mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic presses to shape parts and control quality. Key Highlights: 1. Operate mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic presses 2. Prepare and adjust machines and tools 3. Perform visual and dimensional inspection of produced parts Responsible for operating mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic presses to shape parts according to technical specifications. Performs machine and tool preparation and adjustment, raw material feeding, quality control of produced parts, and monitoring of the production process. Carries out tool changes, basic adjustments, and minor corrections during production. * Operate mechanical, hydraulic, or pneumatic presses according to production orders * Prepare the machine by adjusting tools, dies, and fixtures * Feed the press with raw materials (metal sheets, parts, plastics, etc.) * Monitor machine operation during the process * Perform visual and dimensional inspection of produced parts * Identify and correct minor process defects * Perform tool changes and simple adjustments as required
