Job Summary: We are seeking a Transferzone Operator to work at our Specialized Nutrition manufacturing facility, handling raw materials and operating equipment to ensure safety and quality. Ensuring product safety, efficiency, and quality About the job Our production team is looking for a Transferzone Operator to join our Specialized Nutrition manufacturing facility in **Poços de Caldas \- MG**, with the following main responsibilities: In the Low-Criticality Area (LCA \- Low Care Area), responsibilities include: * Handling raw materials—such as Big Bags and Bags—for transfer from the Low-Criticality Area (LCA \- Low Care Area) to the High-Criticality Area (HCA – High Care Area); * Operating material-handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks); * Performing cleaning of all LCA equipment. In the High-Criticality Area (HCA – High Care Area), responsibilities include: * Requesting materials from the LCA; * Supplying bag cages for the Mixing and Pre-Mixing processes; * Operating cage-lifting systems to upper floors; * Removing residues from the Mixing and Pre-Mixing floors and transferring them to the low-criticality area; * Supplying raw materials for the dosing process; * Performing cleaning throughout the entire HCA process; * Assisting in cleaning packaging equipment. Across both areas, the operator must comply with production scheduling while consistently prioritizing Safety, line efficiency, and ensuring that packaged products meet Danone’s internal standards and Brazilian legislation. Act as an area owner, applying DAN\-IWS tools. About you * Technical course in progress or completed in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Chemistry, Quality, or related fields is desirable; * Availability to work rotating shifts: + Shift 1: 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM + Shift 2: 2:30 PM to 11:22 PM + Shift 3: 10:40 PM to 7:00 AM.
