**What we seek** A vigilant, responsible, and proactive professional capable of acting swiftly in risky situations, committed to users' safety and well-being, with knowledge of aquatic rescue and first aid, adhering to current regulations, as well as possessing strong communication skills, a collaborative attitude, and a focus on accident prevention. **Main responsibilities:** Conduct surveillance activities and save lives of people at risk during sports and leisure activities organized by SESI; Patrol the area under their responsibility, observing users' behavior to prevent, alert, guide, or assist them when necessary; Perform aquatic rescue and/or first aid procedures on victims, following appropriate methods and protocols to make leisure and sports safer; Arrange for medical assistance and/or emergency response teams whenever required, in compliance with current legislation. **Requirements:** · Completed high school education; · Lifeguard certification and active accreditation with CBMMG; · Experience in first aid or lifeguarding activities; · Must reside in Poços de Caldas/MG or within a 45 km radius. **Additional information:** Submit your resume on FIEMG's Trabalhe Conosco website by April 25.
