You will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, preventing work stoppages, and continuously elevating the maturity level of Occupational Safety—protecting people, strengthening processes, and supporting our organization’s solid growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervision and auditing of Safety Technicians’ routines; * Document governance (PGR, PCMSO, ASO, NRs, ARTs, and other legal obligations); * Critical risk management and intervention in situations involving serious and imminent risks; * Weekly audits on construction sites with issuance of executive reports and action plans; * Monitoring of simulated audits and execution of corrective and preventive action plans; * Implementation of process improvements, strengthening of governance, and standardization of procedures; * Consolidation of strategic indicators and reporting to Technical Management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Willingness to reside in Poços de Caldas; * Willingness to travel frequently to supervise Pollo Engenharia’s construction projects; * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, or related fields); * Specialization in Occupational Safety; * Solid experience in Occupational Safety within the civil construction sector, preferably in medium- and high-standard vertical construction projects; * Experience managing technical teams (Occupational Safety Technicians); * Experience conducting internal audits, implementing action plans, and managing performance indicators; * In-depth knowledge of NRs, PGR, PCMSO, and document governance; * Prior experience at real estate development companies will be considered a differentiator; * Analytical profile, systemic vision, leadership attitude, strong results orientation, and safety culture. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Psychosocial Support * Annual Bonus * Day OFF * Right Referral: Clients and Employees * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * Total Pass ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Want to join a company that transforms people’s lives and cities’ futures?
