Join us! **Responsibilities and duties** Responsibilities and challenges * Performing vehicle maneuvers; * Immediately registering every vehicle entering the parking facility; * Verifying whether customers are authorized users, monthly subscribers, or residents, and confirming that customers possess valid identification credentials; * Upon greeting customers at the entrance, issuing them a card with the prism number and informing them of the designated location for payment and vehicle retrieval; * Informing customers about parking procedures and regulations—including grace periods, fees, location details, and other relevant information—with consistent emphasis on courteous customer service; * Properly storing vehicle keys in key cabinets and ensuring vehicle identification through attachment of numbered prisms; * Ensuring vehicle security by keeping windows and doors fully closed at all times; * Observing the posted maximum speed limit on-site. **Requirements and qualifications** What we’re looking for: * Completed high school education; * Valid driver’s license (mandatory); * Ability to perform vehicle maneuvers. **Additional information** For healthcare facilities (hospitals or laboratory networks), if selected in the hiring process, candidates must provide proof of vaccination against: **Hepatitis B, Adult Diphtheria-Tetanus, Measles-Mumps-Rubella, Influenza, COVID-19, and Yellow Fever.** **HOW WOULD YOU LIKE TO WORK FOR A COMPANY SERVING TOMORROW’S SMART CITIES?** INDIGO is the global leader in parking and individual mobility management.
