Description: Mandatory: * Complete High School Education Desirable: * Experience in the role * Training course Main activities: * Perform electrical services in renovations of building installations and electrical systems; * Carry out installation, preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and building installations; * Install and maintain electrical controls and control panels according to specific projects; * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance in electrical systems, including: * Electrical equipment; * Building automation systems; * Transformers, GMG and UPS; * Circuit breakers, substations and electrical panels; * Fire detection and suppression systems; * CCTV and access control; * Install, replace, expand, modify, inspect and repair components of electrical networks using manual tools and measuring equipment; * Perform repairs, inspections, tests and electrical measurements for diagnosis and fault analysis in building systems, using instruments such as multimeter and megohmmeter; * Replace circuit breakers, replace components in panels, test control systems and protection systems, and reconnect busbars and switches; * Operate electrical equipment and use computer programs and applications to support activities; * Comply with occupational safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Draw electrical sketches, calculate materials and distribute loads in new installations and renovations; * Ensure preservation, cleanliness and good condition of tools, equipment and workplaces; * Monitor electromechanical interventions in motor pumps and electric motors, including assembly, disassembly, repairs, cleaning and calibration of electrical controls and protections; * Know isolation procedures, types of resins, insulating and conducting materials; * Guide users on equipment operation to optimize performance and prevent failures; * Control usage and consumption of electrical materials, recording performed services; * Identify defects in compressors, motors, machines and installations, replacing parts or performing repairs to ensure proper operation and extend service life; * Perform other related tasks as directed by supervisors; * Assist in emergency demands in other maintenance areas when necessary. 251025020220715658
