What will you do on a daily basis?* Operate and monitor cold rooms, ensuring temperature conditions are maintained according to safety and quality standards. * Handle product intake and dispatch, organizing them efficiently and in accordance with specifications. * Periodically check cold room temperatures and record measurements in spreadsheets or systems. * Control and organize inventory of products stored in cold rooms, ensuring no waste or contamination occurs. * Identify and report any issues related to cold room operation or the quality of stored products. * Assist with loading and unloading of goods, as needed. * Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization, adhering to safety and health regulations. Therefore, we require that you have:* Knowledge of temperature control and storage processes for perishable products. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. * Basic understanding of occupational safety and good hygiene practices. It would be a plus if you have:* Experience handling food and perishable products. * Knowledge of temperature control systems and remote monitoring of cold rooms. * Teamwork skills and strong communication abilities.
