We are experiencing full growth and expansion—so **SHALL WE GROW TOGETHER?** The role of **Controller Assistant** aims to perform activities ensuring the execution of budget planning. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Enter expenses into the Consinco ERP system, verify information, and forward to Treasury; * Enter contracts such as: leasing agreements, working capital loans, purchase financing (compror), consortia, Finame, among others; * Monitor updates to the Expense Maturity Schedule and follow up with requesters to ensure timely submission; * Forward and track invoices for the Tax and Archiving departments; * Monitor advances issued and follow up with requesters to obtain required documentation for month-end closing; * Support departments regarding budgeting: assigning cost centers to expense categories, analyzing and entering budget bonuses, advising on appropriate expense categories; * Enter annual budget by cost center and conduct quarterly revisions; * Monitor requisitions released at month-end and follow up with requesters to ensure submissions occur within the same month; * Verify and enter freight charges and discounts for carriers/freight providers biweekly; Prepare the semiannual payment schedule for transporters. * **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting; **Desired Experience** * Minimum of 3 years’ experience (in areas: Controller, Budgeting, Finance, or Accounting). **Technical Competencies** * Advanced Excel skills; * Basic knowledge of accounting, tax documents, and expense classification; * Knowledge of tax withholding (ISSQN, PIS/COFINS, IR) is a plus. **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Medical Plan (for employee and dependents); * Dental Plan (for employee and dependents); * Pharmacy Benefit; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Shopping Voucher; * Fuel Allowance; * Transportation Voucher or Shuttle Service; * Extended Maternity Leave (180 days). **Note:** On-site work Monday through Friday, from 7:45 AM to 6:15 PM, at the Vila Nova Group unit in Poços de Caldas. * ### **Why Work at Vila Nova Group?** At **Vila Nova Group**, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find stability, development, and real opportunities for growth.
