Job Summary: Procurement professional responsible for quotations, negotiations, supplier management, and process optimization to achieve cost reduction and compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in supplier qualification processes * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and negotiations with suppliers. * Develop and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers. * Issue purchase orders and track deliveries to completion. * Monitor procurement KPIs (lead time, cost, quality, etc.). * Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities. * Ensure compliance with internal policies and quality criteria. * Research new suppliers, materials, and technologies. * Support inventory planning and forecast purchasing needs. * Participate in supplier qualification processes. Technical Requirements * Education: Administration, Logistics, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. * Prior procurement experience (direct, indirect, or both). * Knowledge of negotiation processes and contract analysis. * Proficiency in Excel. * Preferred: Basic understanding of cost analysis and taxation (ICMS, IPI, PIS/COFINS).
