Inventory management and organization of the service area. **Requirements:** **Availability: Spanish shift schedule, from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.** Completed high school; **Responsibilities:** * Customer Service: Greet customers courteously and helpfully, clarify doubts, and provide product information including dosage, usage, and possible side effects. * Medication Dispensing: Accurately dispense prescribed medications following pharmacy regulations and procedures. Ensure patients receive appropriate instructions on medication use. * Sales and Sales Recording: Conduct over-the-counter product sales and accurately record transactions. Process cash, credit card, or other accepted payment methods. * Inventory Management: Regularly check medication and product stock levels, replenish items as needed, and ensure products are within their expiration dates. Maintain accurate inventory records. * Product Knowledge: Stay updated on available pharmacy products, including their features, benefits, and possible drug interactions. * Telephone Support: Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries. * Organization: Maintain an organized customer service area and shelves.
