Support for transportation planning and customer service. ***The Seres Group, in partnership with ID LOGISTIC, is recruiting professionals for the position of LOGISTICS ANALYST.*** **Requirements:** COMPLETED HIGHER EDUCATION Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Relevant work experience **Responsibilities:** * Execute the reverse logistics tendering process for products and pallets; control related processes and documentation for claims; analyze performance indicators; ensure processes are executed in SAP and TMS; and ensure carriers meet agreed deadlines. * Execute the freight tendering and dispatch scheduling process, focusing on meeting deadlines; execute and analyze performance indicators; ensure processes are executed in SAP and TMS; and support the transportation planning process managed by the control tower. * Execute the customer appointment scheduling process; handle delivery-related incidents; monitor delivery deadlines and status; execute and analyze performance indicators; ensure processes are executed in SAP, TMS, and the ticketing tool; and jointly manage requests with the client’s customer service team. * Perform duties in accordance with the SGI Policy, objectives, targets, and other SGI definitions; carry out tasks according to operational procedures and controls; report SGI non-conformities; and understand the implications of non-compliance with SGI requirements. * Be aware of significant environmental aspects and impacts, as well as unacceptable hazards and risks within their area; be informed about incidents and their investigations; and know their right to refuse to perform any activity posing an imminent danger. **Salary:** * Salary expectation **Working Hours:** * 5 days/week, 08:00–17:48 **Work Location:** * Extrema/MG.
