**Description:** Organize laboratory analysis requests (routine and additional), evaluate and communicate results to relevant stakeholders, ensuring all requested analyses are performed; Manage laboratory deliveries for the export process by coordinating internal/external analyses and preparing analytical reports, ensuring smooth product exportation; Assess procurement needs for glassware and reagents through laboratory inventory control, ensuring availability of materials required for analyses; Perform packaging receipt analyses to evaluate packaging quality, approving or rejecting packaging for use in production; record results and report non-conformities to suppliers when necessary; Register and update raw material and packaging specifications in the system, ensuring technical requirements are accurate and properly documented; Prepare standardized finished-product reference plates corporately (RS and MG units) by selecting and preparing compliant samples to support analyses and production processes; Conduct traceability simulations by reviewing records, identifying deviations, and collaborating with relevant departments to implement corrective actions; Calibrate the NIR (Near Infrared Reflectance) equipment by evaluating calibration curves to ensure consistent and reliable analytical results. Chemical Laboratory Release extruders and perform relevant production analyses; Select samples for external analyses; Perform raw material and finished-product analyses; Verify water chlorination levels; Inspect and calibrate laboratory equipment; Prepare solutions and clean glassware; Update the quality management system; Monitor chemical inventory and report procurement requirements; Follow the department’s scheduled cleaning plan; Develop standardized finished-product reference plates.
