Teamwork with a focus on responsibility BM Vagas, in partnership with a food industry company, is seeking a **Customer Service Representative / Kitchen Assistant** for on-site work in Poços de Caldas/MG. The position targets an operational professional who will work in the kitchen and at the counter, with responsibility for daily closing and organization of the premises. Responsibilities * Fry and bake savory snacks. * Prepare juices. * Provide counter customer service. * Organize and clean the premises. * Close the kitchen and prepare for the next day. * Assist with general store cleaning (according to schedule). * Priority kitchen duties on specific days. Schedule and Work Mode * **Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday:** 11:26 AM to 7:10 PM (11:30 AM to 12:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 7:10 PM: primary kitchen duties; remaining hours: counter service) * **Tuesday:** 1:40 PM to 7:10 PM – direct kitchen duties * **Wednesday:** 8:00 AM to 7:10 PM (8:00 AM to 11:30 AM: general store cleaning) * Break: 1-hour lunch break Requirements * Completed elementary or high school education. * Experience in kitchens, snack bars, or bakeries is preferred. * Availability for a dynamic and multifunctional routine. * Operational organization and responsibility. * Commitment to punctuality.
