Key responsibilities include supporting budget monitoring, accounting analyses, cost analyses, contract management, and preparing departmental opinions. If you possess strong analytical skills, solid controller expertise, and seek opportunities for professional growth, this position is ideal for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: * Monitor the company’s budget by comparing actual results against established targets and identifying variances; * Conduct accounting analyses, including account reconciliations, preparation of financial reports, and support in drafting financial statements; * Participate in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and internal controls related to the Controller’s Office; * Collaborate with other departments—including Accounting, Finance, Sales, and Operations—by providing relevant insights and information generated by the Controller’s Office; * Perform cost analyses to identify variances and deliver actionable insights for decision-making; * Manage contracts, reviewing and analyzing contractual terms, conditions, and clauses; * Support external and internal audit processes by organizing documentation, preparing requested analyses, and assisting in reconciling accounting and managerial information. **Requirements and Qualifications** Requirements and Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; * Proven experience as a Controller Analyst, Controller, or in similar roles; * Experience in budgetary control and accounting, financial, and cost analyses; * Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; * Solid knowledge of Brazilian accounting standards and interpretation of CPCs (Brazilian Accounting Pronouncements); * Prior experience with external audits is considered a plus; * Ability to work effectively in teams, manage deadlines, and prioritize tasks. **Additional Information** Additional Information: Beyond a development-oriented environment, we also offer: * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Pharmacy benefits; * Meal allowance; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Vacation bonus; * Ergonomic assessments; * Partnerships with educational institutions.
