Job Summary: Logistics Assistant to provide administrative and operational support, assisting with return management, invoice issuance, and spreadsheet updates. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to support administrative and operational routines in the area, assisting with return management, invoice issuance, inspection of non-conforming materials, and updating spreadsheet-based controls—ensuring organization and timely execution. **Responsibilities** * Support and monitor return processes, updating spreadsheets and organizing related documents. Provide support in communication among involved departments and perform basic invoice entries in the system, verifying fundamental data such as invoice number, values, and supplier information. Assist in organizing fiscal documents and inspecting the receipt of non-conforming materials. Record information in systems or spreadsheets, track incoming and outgoing movements, and perform basic queries and entries. Follow team instructions, support information generation upon request, keep Excel-based controls updated, verify data, and assist in preparing simple reports. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of Excel (typing, filters, spreadsheet organization). * Basic computer literacy. * Familiarity with SAP is desirable.
