About the job Our Supply Chain team is seeking a Junior Physical Receiving Analyst to work onsite in Poços de Caldas \- MG. Key responsibilities include: * Ensure accurate material receipt and dispatch with 100% alignment between physical inventory and accounting system; * Perform and monitor error log handling, ensuring all inconsistencies are promptly identified, investigated, and resolved efficiently; * Manage allocation of shared materials used across production lines; * Analyze documents and processes related to invoices (inbound and outbound), CFOP codes, and other records supporting material movement; * Collaborate with internal departments (production, logistics, accounting, and procurement) to ensure seamless, deviation-free process flow; * Contribute to process improvement by proposing enhancements that increase efficiency and reduce operational errors. About you * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in this field is a plus; * Basic knowledge of Excel; * SAP knowledge is a plus; * Analytical ability; * Organization, precision, and attention to detail; * Ability to thrive in dynamic environments.
