If you identify with our company, come be VALGROUP – together we can go much further! **\#joinus** **Responsibilities and duties** * Follow production orders issued by PCP, ensuring that the specified quantities and types of products are manufactured as planned; * Monitor and ensure that the injection process occurs according to defined technical parameters, constantly checking and adjusting machine controls to guarantee all parameters remain within specifications and that production flows efficiently; * Make adjustments to machines, molds or operating parameters to correct faults and ensure continuous production without compromising quality; * Quickly identify any variation or issue in the process and take necessary corrective actions, whether technical adjustments or communication with the maintenance team; * Monitor and record the volume of parts produced during the work shift, ensuring that the scheduled quantity is achieved within the established time; * Ensure each production batch complies with established standards; * Accurately and thoroughly complete production reports, documenting crucial information such as the number of parts produced, cycle time, machine downtime, adjustments performed, and other operational data; * Record any significant deviations observed during production, such as quality issues, equipment failures, process parameter variations or production interruptions; * Complete daily inspection checklists for machines and equipment before and during production to ensure machines operate under ideal conditions; * Ensure checklists are completed consistently and at the appropriate time, avoiding omissions or errors; * Guarantee continuous cleanliness and organization of the production area and equipment, ensuring a safe, efficient workplace compliant with established quality standards; * Participate in training and continuous qualification programs. **Requirements and qualifications** * Availability to work in Poços de Caldas, MG; * Availability to work in shifts; * Completed Technical Education in fields related to production; * Knowledge of Office suite at Basic/Intermediate level; * Previous experience operating injection production machines in an industrial setting; * Forklift operator course with certification; * Driver's license Category B **Additional information** We care about our employees' well-being, therefore we offer a benefits package designed to promote a healthier and more complete life: * Health plan for employees and dependents; * Dental plan for employees and dependents; * On-site meals; * Food allowance; * Shuttle service; * Life insurance.
