The selected candidate for the Driver position will be responsible for transporting materials between the Group’s two plants, as well as assisting the logistics and shipping team, ensuring compliance with the company’s quality and safety standards. If this describes you, join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Drive company vehicles to transport materials and/or personnel. * Load and unload company vehicles with materials and documents. * Obtain daily route information each morning and afternoon. * Conduct trips throughout national territory and provide expense reports. * Keep the corporate mobile phone powered on at all times for communication with company personnel. * Complete vehicle reports and checklists, ensuring all information remains up to date. * Manage external supplier logistics and assist internal logistics when required. * Perform external services for departments, including banking-related tasks. * Maintain confidentiality regarding documents and information handled in the course of duties for the company. * Ensure vehicle preservation, cleanliness, and fueling to maintain operational readiness. * Promptly report any issues arising in the department to the immediate supervisor. * Operate forklifts on an occasional basis to support logistics or warehouse operations; * Participate in the 5S Program and other LEAN programs relevant to the assigned area; * Ensure that the quality of work performed consistently meets the standards established and required by the company. * Properly use PPE and comply with established safety regulations; * Participate in departmental projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Valid Brazilian driver’s license category C or D. * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in cargo transportation. **Desirable:** * Forklift operator training. **Additional Information** * Health insurance plan * Dental insurance plan * Pharmacy discount program * Meal allowance * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Vacation bonus * Ergonomic support * Partnerships with educational institutions Pradolux is a Brazilian company headquartered in Poços de Caldas, Minas Gerais.
