*Position: Maintenance Technician* *Location:* Poços de Caldas *Responsibilities:* * Perform and record preventive and corrective building maintenance; * Procure materials required for service execution; * Install, repair, and clean hydraulic, electrical, masonry, and drywall systems; * General painting (walls, ceilings, doors, windows, floors, and metal fixtures); * Install, repair, waterproof, and clean roofing components (tiles, gutters, and flashing); * Install and repair doors, windows, and naval partitions (locks, bolts, hinges, handles, overhead springs, and floor springs); * Inspect fire suppression systems (fire extinguishers and hydrants); * Apply and replace signage labels; * Install, maintain, identify, and repair electrical systems (control systems, circuits, distribution panels, lighting, and lightning protection systems); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on UPS units (measurements, battery replacement, testing); * Install and maintain structured cabling (creation and identification of network points, rack organization).
