We are experiencing full growth and expansion—so, **SHALL WE GROW TOGETHER?** The **Data Analyst** role is responsible for continuous data analysis to identify sales generation opportunities, with special focus on the supplier Unilever, operating within the Group’s wholesale division, extracting valuable insights from available data and transforming\-them into strategic recommendations to enhance commercial performance and strengthen relationships with this key supplier. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Continuously analyze sales, inventory, and Unilever product performance data within the Wholesale Division; * Identify growth and sales generation opportunities based on data analysis; * Interpret data using market techniques and statistics; * Develop and implement data analysis methods, data collection systems, and other strategies to improve information efficiency and quality; * Collaborate with commercial teams to implement data-driven actions that increase sales; * Plan and define the model for data collection, processing, and cleansing for usage, aligned with the Commercial Department’s requirements; * Monitor campaign and commercial initiative performance, evaluating their impact and ROI; * Develop predictive models to anticipate market trends and behaviors; * Conduct comparative performance analyses across different categories and products; * Regularly present analysis results to management and commercial teams; * Stay updated on industry best practices and data analysis tools. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields **Technical Competencies** * Data Analysis; * Advanced Excel; * Advanced Power BI; * Database knowledge (Python, R, or SQL); * Data modeling and design; * Database management; * Statistics; * Data visualization **Preferred Experience** * Data Analyst \- Analytics **Additional Information** **What we offer:** * Health Insurance (for employee and dependents) * Dental Insurance (for employee and dependents) * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Wellhub (Gympass) * Shopping Voucher * Extended Maternity Leave (180 days) **Note:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:45 to 18:15, onsite at Atacado Vila Nova headquarters in Poços de Caldas, MG Atacado Vila Nova was founded by Pedro Severini Netto in 1928 under the name Empório União in Monte Azul Paulista\-SP; we have been in the market for over 90 years, building a story of success and exponential growth.
