* Responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the company’s Costs, Budget, and Investments, through comparative analysis (actual vs. budgeted), aiming to achieve forecasted results within the spending levels established in the budgetary plan. * Monitor company performance through analysis of its operational, financial, and accounting results, as well as evaluation of the company’s operational and strategic management, to identify potential deviations from pre-established objectives and recommend corrective actions; * Coordinate preparation of the company’s performance report, based on financial and accounting statements, to present periodic results to company managers; * Develop, propose improvements to, and implement management information systems, built through statistical reporting to ensure data integrity and consistency; * Prepare the Three-Year Budget and Quarterly Forecasts – Budget Planning (Sales, Production, Investments, Expenses, Costs, Financial Results), adopting assumptions related to production, costs, finance/economics, inventory, and procurement, establishing result targets for the company; * Manage Industrial Costs, reviewing concepts, methods, and costing methodologies to enhance result effectiveness. * Implement return analysis for new operational projects and specific studies on the performance of particular areas/processes, using methods such as Payback, Discounted Cash Flow, among others, to achieve optimal financial results for the company; * Provide full support and guidance regarding financial/economic activities required by company managers; * Build an integrated, cross-functional team committed to results, aiming to maximize performance through training, development of integration programs with other company departments, and fair performance evaluation of team members; * Comply with occupational health and safety procedures, using required personal protective equipment (PPE). Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controllership, or related fields preferred; * Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field preferred; * English; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Willingness to work onsite in Poços de Caldas – MG.
