Analytical, organized, and proactive profile, oriented toward problem-solving. **Opportunity: Systems Analyst / VBA and SQL Developer** ---------------------------------------------------------------- We are looking for a professional to work on **system and process development, analysis, and improvement**, contributing to the creation of efficient solutions and optimization of departmental routines. ### **What We Are Looking For?** Professional with minimum **1 year** of experience in: ✅ Advanced Excel; ✅ Advanced VBA; ✅ SQL; ✅ Programming Logic. **Education:** Preferably pursuing or having completed a degree in **Computer Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Software Engineering**, or related fields. ### **Main Responsibilities** Conduct information and data gathering and analysis for system studies and implementation; Develop programming requirements, participating in development, testing, and implementation phases; Prepare technical instructions and documentation for programmers and users; Perform system operation, maintenance, and updates; Research, develop, and propose solutions for system enhancement and evolution; Analyze performance of implemented systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization; Evaluate routines, manuals, and work methods, proposing more effective methodologies aligned with user needs; Ensure quality of routines, processes, and procedures within the area; Conduct audits to ensure compliance with operational standards and security procedures; Analyze manual processes and systems, proposing automation and improvements; Prepare studies and proposals for creating and modifying methodologies and procedures related to system development; Research, develop, and refine database projects, promoting optimal resource utilization; Gather requirements, costs, and needs for data security-related projects. ### **Desired Profile** We seek an **analytical, organized, proactive, and problem-solving-oriented** professional, with interest in technology, development, automation, and continuous process improvement.
