THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF TRANSPORT (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL LEARNING SERVICE FOR TRANSPORT (SENAT), registered with CNPJ/MF under numbers 73.471.989/0001-95 and 73.471.963/0001-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of applications for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice.
**1. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to the needs of SEST SENAT. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1.2. Approved candidates may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order.
1.3. The selection process will be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, with possible updates/amendments, and its execution will be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES
2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions described below:
**POSITION:** Auxiliary Apprentice - Initial and Continuing Education
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services offered at Operational Units, such as dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care, transportation allowance (as provided by current legislation for those who opt for it). Meal and/or food allowance for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Other services offered by Operational Units, available to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) - Employee's monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)' monthly fee covered by the employee.
2.1. Work shifts and schedules will be informed by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the candidate upon call, and it is the candidate’s responsibility to inform availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who choose not to accept the vacancy due to work shift will be disqualified from the selection process.
**Workload:** 20 (twenty) hours per week

**Job Summary:** Responsible for assisting with administrative tasks, public service, and filing.
**REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):**
**NOTE:** PROOF OF THE REQUIREMENTS BELOW MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME.
Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship course in the same training area offered by this vacancy are not eligible to apply, as repeated enrollment in the same program is not permitted.
**EDUCATION:**
Currently enrolled in Fundamental Education (minimum requirement).
**Proof must be demonstrated by:**
a) Diploma/Certificate properly issued by an institution recognized by MEC) and/or certificate of completion, accompanied by academic transcript, both properly signed and stamped (only applicable within a maximum period of 180 days after degree completion), and, if currently studying, enrollment confirmation for the current year of the respective ongoing course.
**DOCUMENTATION:**
Must be between 14 and 23 years old on the date the announcement is published.
**Proof must be demonstrated by:**
a) Identity card (RG) with CPF.
**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official spelling. New spelling agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Use of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Subject-verb and nominal agreement.
**INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (Common to all positions):**
Internet and Office Suite.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Administrative procedures. Knowledge of administrative routines, public service, and filing.
Common knowledge inherent to the position.
