What You’ll Do Daily: * Restock products on shelves, gondolas, and displays according to the established layout; * Check expiration dates and quality of displayed products, removing expired or damaged items; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned areas; * Assist with inventory control, reporting when product restocking is needed; * Provide customer service support when required; * Restock fruits, vegetables, and greens at produce stands, ensuring freshness and attractive presentation; * Select and discard unsellable items (damaged, wilted, or spoiled); * Restock perishable goods (dairy, cold cuts, packaged meats, frozen foods, etc.) in refrigerators and displays; * Monitor refrigeration equipment temperatures to ensure proper product preservation. Therefore, we require that you have: * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Attention to detail and organizational skills; * Ability to follow workplace hygiene and safety regulations. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience as a stock clerk or in similar roles — a plus; * Basic knowledge of inventory organization; * Familiarity with grocery, produce, and perishable goods; * Pro\-activity and good communication skills.
