Job Summary: Assist in preparing and implementing pedagogical activities, supervise students, organize the classroom environment, and collaborate with the educational team. Key Highlights: 1. Classroom supervision and guidance of students. 2. Collaboration in organizing and developing pedagogical projects. 3. Active participation in meetings and educational planning. * Assist teachers in preparing and implementing pedagogical activities, following lesson planning and helping organize teaching materials. * Participate in delivering educational activities, such as pedagogical games, reading sessions, playful and recreational activities. * Supervise students in the classroom, guiding\-them during activities, clarifying doubts, and assisting with task resolution. * Observe student behavior, identifying their needs and difficulties, and reporting relevant information to the responsible teacher or pedagogical coordination. * Assist in organizing and supervising extracurricular activities, such as field trips, workshops, and school events. * Assist in developing and organizing pedagogical projects, including cultural events, presentations, and exhibitions. * Support welcoming and integrating new students or those facing adaptation difficulties. * Organize the classroom environment, ensuring teaching materials and resources are available and in good working condition. * Participate in pedagogical meetings and other planning activities with the teaching staff, providing insights and suggestions for the educational process. * Assist in preparing reports on student performance and progress, recording observations and communicating them to the teacher or pedagogical coordination. * Collaborate in communication with parents and guardians, providing information about activities conducted and student development.
