The **Bakery Assistant** will be responsible for ensuring workplace organization, assisting in product preparation and quality control, managing raw material inventory, and safely operating required equipment. Responsibilities Assist in the **preparation of doughs, breads, and desserts**. Safely and efficiently operate **bakery equipment**. **Ensure quality control** of products, adhering to excellence standards. Manage **raw material inventory**, organizing and restocking supplies. Maintain **cleanliness and organization** of the work area. Requirements Proven experience in **baking** or **pastry-making**, minimum 2 years. Technical knowledge of **dough preparation, fillings, and fermentation**. Skills **Agility** and **practicality** in daily kitchen operations. **Analytical and detail-oriented** profile to ensure product quality. **Organization and hygiene** to maintain a safe and clean work environment. Additional Information **Work Location:** Poços de Caldas – MG. **Schedule and Shift:** Monday and Tuesday, from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM; Wednesday through Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. **Employment Type:** CLT. **Compensation:** BRL 1,800.00 \+ performance-based bonus. **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance (T.A.).
