About the job Our R\&I team is looking for a **Senior Analyst** to work at our factories in **Poços de Caldas \- MG**, developing and supporting packaging projects in Brazil, ensuring deliveries with technical excellence and strategic alignment. Key responsibilities: * Lead and implement low, medium, and high complexity projects (Ino/Reno, Coprod, Sus, BCP); * Conduct industrial tests and technical validations, preparing reports with minimal supervision; * Ensure and propose updates to technical documents (specifications, packaging standards, palletization sheets, test forms, etc.); * Control material entries and exits for testing; * Create material codes and BOM registrations in SAP; * Monitor and follow up approvals in systems (Isosystem, Artemis and SAP); * Manage artwork approvals with relevant departments; * Represent R\&I in multifunctional project meetings, reporting status and negotiating deadlines; * Support junior team members (interns and analysts) in carrying out their activities; * Lead technical meetings with internal teams, suppliers and stakeholders to align and make decisions; * Propose and implement improvements in products and processes, aiming at innovation, cost reduction, efficiency and quality; * Act as **SPOC/Key User** for R\&I systems or activities. About you **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Food, Materials, Production or Chemical), Chemistry or related fields. * Knowledge of packaging materials production processes and industrial processes; * Project management; * Intermediate Office package (with focus on Excel); * Intermediate English; * Availability for hybrid work model and occasional travel; * Clear and effective communication skills for interaction with multifunctional teams and suppliers; * Proactivity, autonomy and sense of urgency; * Results orientation and negotiation skills; * Resilience, adaptability and curiosity; * Good time and priority management.
