We seek someone who wants to elevate the standard of our employer brand, transforming every integration into a tool for retention and success. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Strategic Partnership:** Collaborate closely with managers to precisely define the technical and behavioral profile for each vacancy, ensuring maximum accuracy in identifying the ideal candidate. * **Manager Training:** Train Pollo leaders in interview techniques and effective feedback delivery during the probation period. * **Market Mapping:** Identify and approach strategic talents from competitors and related sectors to maintain a sustainable talent pool. * **Vacancy Management:** Oversee all tactical and operational recruitment processes—from manager alignment to final offer. * **Employer Branding:** Ensure all candidates perceive Pollo Engenharia as a brand of excellence. * **Competency-Based Selection:** Apply methodologies and technical/behavioral assessments to guarantee cultural fit with the company. * **Excellence Onboarding:** Manage the integration flow—including physical preparation of the **Admission Kit** and verification of the Support Point. * **Mentorship Management:** Ensure new hires have both technical and social references during their first weeks. * **Performance Monitoring:** Track the first 3 weeks and first 3 months to validate fulfillment of hiring promises and collect feedback. * **Expectation Alignment:** Act as a mediator to ensure company culture is lived across all work fronts. * **KPI Management:** Monitor metrics such as *Time to Hire*, *Cost per Hire*, and early-month retention rate. * **Turnover Analysis:** Investigate reasons for attrition to adjust vacancy profiles and improve selection accuracy in future cycles. * **Events and Partnerships:** Represent Pollo at talent fairs or universities to strengthen the brand. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * **R\&S Experience:** Solid and proven experience in recruitment and selection processes is essential. * **Selection Methodologies:** Proficiency in competency-based interviewing and behavioral assessment application. * **HR Systems:** Experience with recruitment and selection systems (ATS). * **Consultative Profile:** Ability to align candidate profiles with managers and confidently lead final offer negotiations. * **Candidate-Centric Focus:** Capacity to ensure candidates perceive Pollo Engenharia as a brand of excellence throughout the entire selection process. **Additional Information** * Psychosocial Support * Annual Bonus * Multi-Benefit Card (Swile) * Birthday Day Off * Right Referral: Clients and Employees * Career Development Plan * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * Total Pass ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Want to join a company that transforms people’s lives and shapes the future of cities?
