The selected candidate for the HR Supervisor position will work in the Talent Management area, managing a team of 9 Human Resources professionals, as well as supporting the operational supervision of general services tasks across both plants. The role will involve directing all operational demands of the Group's people management systems: payroll, recruitment and selection, job positions and salaries, benefits, training and development, communication and internal marketing. This person will serve as the link between management and talent operations. **Responsibilities and duties** * Supervision of HR operational demands: payroll, recruitment and selection, job positions and salaries, benefits, training and development, communication and internal marketing; * Replacing and providing operational support to area professionals when necessary; * People management within the area: selection, conflict resolution and employee offboarding; * Management and operation of the job positions and salary system; * Resolution of operational issues; * Supporting management in labor claims, tax-related matters and union relations; * Promoting and implementing Group programs: Lean, 5S, Quality Management, Health, Safety and Environment Management. **Requirements and qualifications** Minimum requirements: * Pursuing postgraduate studies in Human Resources; * 6 months of experience in HR operational activities; * 6 months of experience in people management. Desired requirements: * 2 years of experience in HR operational activities; * Knowledge of project management; * Familiarity with the Totvs Protheus system. **Additional information** Work will take place at both Group units, with working hours from 08:00 to 18:00.
