




Job Summary: Professional to provide functional support and resolve tickets in the HCM Senior system, ensuring compliance with IT methodologies. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with the HCM Senior system Main Responsibilities: * Receive, log, analyze, and resolve incident and service request tickets related to the HCM Senior system; * Provide functional support to HR users, assisting them in properly using modules and features; * Monitor recurring incidents and propose preventive actions or continuous improvement initiatives; * Collaborate with internal departments and vendors as needed to resolve issues or implement adjustments; * Ensure all activities comply with the company's IT methodologies (ITIL, change management, ticketing process, etc.).
