Job Summary:
An essential administrative support professional responsible for coordinating schedules, communication, and organization for the executive board/superintendence.

**Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Administration, Office Management, or related fields.
**Skills:**
* Verbal and written communication skills;
* Organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;
* Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks;
* Discretion, resilience, and adaptability;
* Proficiency in computer applications, including word processing software, spreadsheets, email management, calendar tools, and other office productivity tools.
**General Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate and manage the executive board/superintendence schedule, including meetings, conferences, business travel, and important appointments;
* Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive board/superintendence and other employees, clients, suppliers, and business partners—this may involve receiving and forwarding phone calls, e\-mails, and correspondence;
* Maintain organized files and documents, including creating, editing, and formatting documents, as well as archiving and retrieving information when necessary;
* Plan and coordinate corporate travel, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation;
* Prepare meetings, draft minutes, gather supporting materials, and ensure all participants are informed of logistical details.
