Care for vehicle maintenance and cleanliness **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Collective Bus Driver to perform daily transportation of employees from the city to the farm where they carry out their duties. The professional will be responsible for driving buses and minibuses, ensuring passenger safety, punctuality, and comfort, as well as performing checklists and inspections of vehicles used during the shift. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ National Driver's License (CNH) Category D or E (as required by law); Updated Collective Passenger Transportation Course; Proven experience as a bus driver or collective transportation vehicle driver; Basic mechanical knowledge to identify simple failures; Availability to operate rural routes and adhere to scheduled hours; Commitment to safety, punctuality, and responsibility; Good communication and interpersonal skills. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Transport employees from the city to the farm, following pre-established routes and schedules; Upon arrival at the farm, drive the minibus to transport staff to the coffee/meal area; Perform the minibus checklist and inspection after use, verifying safety conditions and operational status; Transport employees back to the farm headquarters after coffee; Perform the collective bus checklist and inspection at the farm headquarters; Drive the collective bus on the return trip from the farm to the city; Maintain vehicle conservation, cleanliness, and proper usage; Comply with traffic regulations, safety standards, and company internal procedures; Immediately report any irregularities or vehicle maintenance needs. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Dental Plan Meal Voucher Life Insurance **Work Location:** ---------------------- LHP \- TERRA DE CULTIVO FABRICA (FILIAL) **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 44 hours per week
