Are you ready to join us? **Responsibilities and Duties** **What we seek?** An organized and responsive individual. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Responsible for providing remote or on-site user support, as well as logging incidents to facilitate analysis and resolution of tickets, escalating them to resolver groups when necessary; * Tickets related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Providing technical support to ensure high availability and performance of customer platforms; and, when required, guiding and training users; * Performing requirement analysis, construction, testing, acceptance testing, and deployment related to infrastructure; * Conducting directory mapping, POP/Exchange email configuration, profile configuration, VPN installation, Active Directory setup, and IP configuration; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Knowledge in:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Clustering and NLB; * Inventory management; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; * Basic Information Security concepts. **Preferred qualifications** * ITIL certification; * Other certifications **Job Details** * Work schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM. * Work model: 100% on-site (Bortolan, Poços de Caldas \- MG) **NOTE:** Hey!
