Team development and achievement of goals About the job Our C&P team is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to work at the dairy factory in Poços de Caldas - MG. Your main responsibilities will involve procurement processes, logistics operations, and team management. This role is critical to ensuring efficiency, compliance, and excellence in supply and operational flow at the facility. * Execute and monitor procurement processes for materials, services, and inputs related to milk operations. * Ensure supplier registration compliance and analyze credit limits for B2B transactions. * Finalize and validate purchase and sale transactions, verifying volumes and prices. * Schedule and monitor T2 transportation loads, especially those originating from the Boa Esperança Transit Point. * Plan collection routes, ensuring optimal vehicle utilization and efficiency. * Monitor T1 collection operations with carriers and EPLs, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Oversee carrier compliance, including requirements and logistics security. * Monitor adherence to maintenance plans for dedicated vehicles (T1), ensuring compliance with safety regulations. * Update volumes of received milk and project incoming volumes for the Supply team. * Track factory demand against inventory levels, making adjustments to maintain balanced supply. * Organize logistics operations during factory shutdowns, ensuring planned volume targets are met. * Structure and monitor sales operations for co-products (whey, retentates, bulk cream, acid whey). * Ensure operational, documentation, and financial flow for B2B sales. * Manage the work schedule for the operations team. * Develop the team by conducting performance evaluations and ensuring achievement of departmental goals. About you * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in procurement and logistics. * Preferred: Experience in milk transportation or road freight operations. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Understanding of T1 and T2 logistics operations (preferred). * Ability to analyze operational and logistics KPIs. * Knowledge of ERP systems and planning tools (preferred). * People management and development skills. * Strong organizational skills and results orientation. * Negotiation skills. * Decision-making ability and systemic vision. * Clear and assertive communication. * Differentiators: Experience in the dairy sector, prior work with carriers and external teams, previous B2B operations experience, and co-product management expertise.
