Quality Manager – Poços de Caldas - MG Responsibilities: * Act in accordance with company policies, complying with regulations and procedures related to environmental preservation, occupational health and safety, product quality, food safety (FSSC 22000), code of ethics, compliance, mission, vision, philosophy, and organizational values. * Verify, with support from the planning team, the need to procure parts and components for maintenance execution. * Support and audit the execution of maintenance checklists, providing technical development to the team and planning corrective actions for identified discrepancies. * Issue Maintenance Notes and WCM labels, reporting anomalies to the planning team and confirming completed maintenance orders within the assigned area of responsibility. * Perform line conversion activities on equipment under responsibility, provided that trained and qualified to do so. * Carry out equipment rebuilds, supporting first-level technicians during absences or demand peaks, as applicable to the area of responsibility (Front End or Back End). * Conduct corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance according to the maintenance plan, identifying failures and ensuring operational continuity. * Actively participate in continuous improvement projects focused on maintenance, proposing technical and functional improvements for equipment and processes. * Maintain updated technical records regarding parts, components, and modifications performed on equipment. * Analyze breakdowns and failures in a structured manner, proposing preventive and corrective actions to eliminate recurrence. * Support the review and development of maintenance plans based on technical manuals, manufacturer recommendations, and process requirements. * Replace special labels on production lines when necessary. * Support 5S initiatives and programs such as WCM, contributing to area organization and efficiency. * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness, and perform other maintenance tasks as directed by supervision. * Train junior-level technicians, delivering hands-on training and technical knowledge transfer, with emphasis on procedure standardization and team development. Requirements: * Technical education in Mechanics and completed High School. * Postgraduate degree in Quality Management or Process Management is desirable. * Minimum 8 years of experience in the field is desirable. * English proficiency. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Availability for on-site work in Poços de Caldas – MG.
