About the job Our Production team is looking for a Cleaning Assistant to work on-site in Poços de Caldas - MG, at the Specialized Nutrition factory; main responsibilities will involve routine cleaning activities while maintaining required quality standards. * Perform cleaning on all LCA, LCA+ and HCA equipment; * Request materials for LCA, LCA+ and HCA; * Remove residues from Mixing and Pre-mixing floor areas and transfer them to the low-criticality area; * Perform environmental cleaning across the entire HCA, LCA and LCA+ processes; * Ensure cleaning and maintenance of vacuum cleaners; follow and manage the control spreadsheet; * Manage vacuum cleaner bag replacements; * Follow sterilization request standards for components destined to the QA laboratory; * Submit part collection requests via the Poka form; * Carry out and ensure completion of the Cleaning Room activity checklist; * Clean parts and utensils; * Follow the Cleaning Room activity routine; * Maintain Cleaning Room standards (soiled area and clean area); * Update area documentation; * Ensure organizational standards compliant with internal audits and 5S; * Clean HCA conveyor belts; * Assist with line, LCA, LCA+ and HCA cleaning; * Ensure adherence to procedures and respect oven operational limits; * Follow ultra-clean part cleaning procedures; * Ensure other Cleaning Room users comply with room usage procedures and halt any non-conforming activity.
