




**Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to system users via telephone and web. * Clarify payroll-related questions (vacation calculations, terminations, labor charges, eSocial, etc.). * Clarify accounting/tax-related questions (tax calculation, ancillary obligations such as ECD, ECF, SPEDs, etc.). **Requirements:** * Technical knowledge in Human Resources Administration (payroll calculations, labor charges, eSocial, and DCTFWeb) OR Accounting/Tax (tax legislation, tax calculation, ancillary obligations — ECD, ECF, SPED, etc.). * OR Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields. * Strong logical reasoning and excellent communication skills (both oral and written). **Additional Information:** * Work schedule: 5 days on / 2 days off, 8 hours per day during business hours. * Benefits: Meal/food allowance (R$ 700.00), Unimed health plan, dental plan, life insurance, Total Pass, profit-sharing program (PLR), Sesc membership, pharmacy discount, PAE (Psychological Support Program), and day off.
