The professional will oversee the entire procurement process—from negotiation through service execution—collaborating closely with construction teams and other involved departments, ensuring contract compliance, adherence to schedules and corporate objectives, as well as preparing cost and supplier performance reports. If you identify with this profile and share Pollo Engenharia’s values, this position is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsibilities and Duties: * Plan and analyze the need for procurement of construction services; * Prepare, analyze, and negotiate technical scopes and service contracts; * Lead negotiations with suppliers and service providers to achieve optimal cost, schedule, and quality; * Monitor the procurement process, service execution, measurements, and contract closure; * Ensure compliance with agreed-upon deadlines, scopes, and contractual terms; * Collaborate integrally with construction, planning, budgeting, and legal teams; * Prepare performance, cost, and supplier evaluation reports. Desirable Experience: * Experience in **supply chain and service procurement**, within the civil construction sector; * Experience in **vertical and horizontal construction execution**; * Hands-on experience in preparing and negotiating service scopes and contracts; * Knowledge of purchasing processes, measurements, and contractual control; * Ability to negotiate and conduct technical and financial analysis; * Preferred experience interfacing with construction teams and managing suppliers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Production, or related fields); * Experience or exposure to supply chain, service procurement, and contract management, preferably in civil construction; * Knowledge of preparation and analysis of technical scopes, contracts, and service measurements; * Proficiency in Excel for control, cost analysis, and report generation; * Familiarity with SIENGE ERP * Understanding of purchasing processes, negotiation, and supplier evaluation; * Ability to read and interpret drawings, budgets, and schedules; * Strong negotiation skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset. **Additional Information** Benefits: * Psychosocial Support * Annual Bonus * Day OFF * Right Referral: Clients and Employees * Dental Plan * Well-being Programs and Initiatives * Life Insurance * Total Pass ### **Build the future with Pollo Engenharia.** #### **Want to join a company that transforms people's lives and the future of cities?
