




Job Summary: Senior Support Analyst to provide user support and technical assistance, ensuring operational continuity and efficient incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with ticket management tools (Service Desk) We are seeking a Senior Support Analyst to deliver user support and technical assistance, ensuring operational continuity, efficient incident resolution, and a positive experience for internal and/or external customers. This role requires on-site presence with constant interaction with technical and operational teams. **Responsibilities** * Provide N2-level technical support, with occasional assistance on N3 requests. * Handle and process incident tickets and service requests according to the established SLA. * Perform diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of issues related to hardware, software, and corporate systems. * Carry out configurations, installations, and maintenance of equipment and applications. * Assist users in utilizing corporate systems and tools. * Record and document support interactions, solutions, and technical procedures. * Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for escalation and resolution of requests. * Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes. Requirements: **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in IT or related fields. * Prior experience in technical support (N1/N2). * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux), basic networking, and Microsoft Office suite. * Experience with ticket management tools (Service Desk). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capacity. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in corporate environments and on-site support. * Knowledge of ERP systems, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or similar platforms. * IT-related certifications. **Additional Information:** * Compensation: R$ 3.800,00 CLT * Benefits: Meal and transportation allowances, medical and dental insurance, life insurance * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Location: Salto/SP * Work Model: On-site.
