Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising drafting and geotechnical design teams, ensuring compliance with technical standards and delivery quality. Key Highlights: 1. Supervision and coordination of drafting and design teams. 2. Development of geotechnical projects using specialized software. 3. Active participation in project alignment and planning meetings. \- Supervise drafting and design teams during project execution. \- Monitor daily tasks. \- Develop geotechnical projects using specialized software. \- Adhere to technical standards and company-mandated requirements. \- Attend project alignment meetings, either in person or via video conference. \- Verify with drafting and design teams whether delivered tasks have been completed. \- Update the status of ongoing project schedules. \- Review and approve drawing deliverables from teams. \- Confirm deliveries from drafters and designers either electronically or physically. \- Conduct meetings with the Technical Coordination team to plan new projects. \- Conduct technical interviews and administer knowledge tests for candidates applying for drafter and designer positions. \- Conduct site visits whenever necessary for project monitoring or new projects. \- Perform related duties.
