Ensure organization and cleanliness of equipment and tools Job Overview: **Area:** Plate Preparation - LQ **Summary of Main Job Responsibilities:** * Perform and supervise inspection, maintenance, or technical activities on facilities, machines, and equipment within the specialist area, according to pre-established standards, aiming for maximum process availability for production or supporting project and study development; * Assist in scheduling inspection, maintenance, and repair activities for routine maintenance, issuing service orders detailing required resources and materials; * Request materials necessary for routine repairs/maintenance, specifying parts and requesting required supplies; * Review shift reports and emergency incident reports, and monitor the development of corrective actions to eliminate failures; * Perform calculations required for technical studies, identifying potential interferences and proposing relevant modifications and adjustments; * Collect information and records regarding maintenance execution/inspection to support planning review or technical projects and studies; * Participate with the technical team in analyzing failures, proposing solutions and process improvements; * Participate in planning and implementing improvement projects and testing phases; * Comply with quality and occupational safety standards and procedures by attending corporate training courses, using PPEs and other equipment, and applying guidelines while performing duties; * Operate computerized systems within the area of responsibility to carry out assigned tasks; * Ensure organization and cleanliness of equipment, tools, and workshops.
