We are experiencing strong growth and expansion — so, **SHALL WE GROW TOGETHER?** The role of **Driver Support Analyst** aims to provide support to Drivers / Customers / GRs and RCAs regarding procedures for deliveries and returns of goods. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor and support drivers on route; * Clarify doubts regarding deliveries and returns; * Process and confirm returns in the system at the time of delivery; * Extend GR orders via e\-mail; * Check customer orders in the system; * Issue duplicate bank slips when necessary; * Modify bank slips (extensions or discounts) when authorized by the Finance Department; * Verify inventory when the driver fails to deliver the goods and inform the customer; * Generate re-delivery requests, previous cargo notifications, and signed invoice notifications in the CAC system; * Negotiate with customers to avoid returns, reschedule deliveries, etc.; * Check customer credit limits; * Interface with Transportation / Sales / Finance / Credit departments; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields is a plus **Technical Competencies** * Knowledge of the transportation sector; * Communication skills; * System and technology management skills; * Problem-solving skills; * Logistics knowledge; **Additional Information** **What We Offer:** * Medical Plan (for employee and dependents); * Dental Plan (for employee and dependents); * Pharmacy Benefit; * Life Insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass); * Birthday Day Off; * Shopping Voucher; * Transportation Allowance or Company Bus; * Performance Bonus; * Extended Maternity Leave (180 days). **Note:** * On-site work from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00, at the Grupo Vila Nova unit in Poços de Caldas ### **Why Work at Grupo Vila Nova?** At **Grupo Vila Nova**, you’ll find more than just a job — you’ll find stability, development, and real opportunities for growth.
