Delivery Assistant

Description

Responsible for locating and retrieving products to be delivered at sales points, verifying the invoice number against the identification label on the box, and maintaining cargo organization in the vehicle to assist the delivery driver in carrying out their duties. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1) Verify with customers the quantities, categories, prices, and brands listed on invoices, according to the sale made. 2) Receive cash corresponding to pre-sold items and fill in related documents upon request, paying attention to amounts stated on invoices to arrange respective deposits. 3) Transport merchandising materials whenever requested, handling their movement as well as preservation and cleaning per provided instructions. 4) Assist the delivery driver in closing expense reports upon completion of operations. 5) Collect cardboard boxes, checks, FCB, RCCA, and fiscal documents from customers. 6) Remove used labels from cardboard boxes returned to the Company's inventory. 7) Perform an internal vehicle cleaning checklist upon completion of operations. 8) Carry out other related tasks of similar difficulty level within the scope of work, as requested. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed High School Education Hello, we are BAT Brasil!
